High Tech Hypnotherapy has been used extensively and successfully in weight loss treatments with a set of stages that ensure all emotional and unconscious barriers are removed. We offer 3 powerful options to make sure every type of weight loss need is dealt with properly. As easy as 1-2-3.

Option 1

Option 1 is for the “bad habits” type of over-eater. An example of this might be the person who was once very active, say an athlete or gymnast. This person got into eating habits that were not a problem when they were very active, but their circumstances have changed, they now have a desk job or they are staying at home raising children, or for some reason they are no longer burning up calories the way they used too, but they are still in the habit of eating as they did when they were active. If this description fits you then you will most likely only need one standard session to change your relationship to food. Results are excellent!

Option 2

Option 2 is for the “emotional eater.” Some people have developed patterns of eating when the are in a certain mood or frame of mind, or eating to create a particular mood or frame of mind.

“I always eat chocolate, ice cream, junk food when I feel sad, angry, upset, bored …” etc.

If this describes you, then we take a somewhat different approach. We often find that just one session will do, finding a better way to respond to the day to day stresses of life than eating!

Option 3

Option 3 The “Longer Term” weight issue type. This is one of our most popular programs since it gets you on the path to health weight loss and keeps you there until you meet your ultimate goal. This option was created for people that need a longer term approach for a problem they have had for many many years. A typical statement might be “I’ve been like this all of my life” or “I’ve battled weight issues forever.” If this is your situation we have developed a course that provides a five week course of treatment.  The program is tailored specifically to target your core belief systems and values that are running your relationship to food, eating and weight. For example food types (think junk food), portion sizes (the new cure to weight loss miracles) and emotional eating patterns. Session are 1-1.5 hours on a weekly basis. Your First personal (clinical) Session

The Emotional Drivers
We start off by getting absolutely clear on your weight goals, reasons and wishes. We then eliminate any emotional reason for your weight issue.
You will learn why you have been:
1. eating the wrong foods;
2. eating too much, too often or portions too large;
3. eating at inappropriate times;
4. using food as a emotional crutch. This session focuses on how you respond to daily stresses and creates tools for you to start losing weight.

Week 2
Your Second Personal Session

Reprogramming Your Auto Pilot
Next we focus on switching on that “auto” part of your mind that knows how to automatically select healthy foods which are appropriate for your body and ignore those which are harmful. You will learn how to trust your unconscious mind to automatically make the right decisions by teaching it how to do so in a conscious and deliberate manner.

Week 3
Your Third Session (Personal)

An Active Lifestyle
The word exercise scares most people away because it conjures images of personal training sessions and hard work, so that becomes a barrier to an active lifestyle. You will overcome any barriers, limitations or beliefs in this session that stop you from living a healthy, happy and active lifestyle. A fitter, leaner and stronger body is possible if you overcome your challenges on an unconscious level.

Week 4

Your beliefs rule you

Remove old unhelpful and detrimental belief systems and replace them with new and useful ones that will run in the background day and night (once we do the work with your sub conscious will run them automatically for you). For example it has been scientifically tested over and over again that drinking 8 – 10 glasses  of water a day will dramatically impact your weight loss.   Why not put that belief into your sub conscious and then we can tell your sub conscious mind to demand that much water every day so that it automatically just becomes part of who you are.   You can even tell us what beliefs you would like to have as part of who you are!

Week 5

Supercharge Your Motivation
Your final step is a session dedicated to generating a powerful motivating force to make certain that you achieve your goals and beyond. This session integrates the first three sessions and focuses on any final barriers which you may be experiencing.
